4:25 PM: 1 cup split pea soup; 1 serving almonds (the split pea soup had an unexpectedly large number of carbs, so it was in this meal that I violated my ≤ 40 g/meal rule)
8:30 PM: stuffed mushrooms
9:30 PM: peanut butter again. I was feeling sorry for myself because I was working late on my lab meeting.
